POSITION: Integrations Support Specialist

NuORDER is looking for a skilled data wizard with Help Desk and Troubleshooting experience to provide world-class service and support to our growing numbers of brands and retailers as they integrate various ERPs with our platform. This individual will be responsible for ensuring client issues are responded to quickly, issues are analyzed and escalated as necessary, and clients are satisfied with the service. NuORDER prides itself on offering the best solution & service to its customers, and this individual must be passionate to work with customers and take pride in becoming a product expert who wants to solve the customer problem efficiently and effectively.

When a wholesale brand signs up to use the NuORDER application, integrating their back-office system with our software is a crucial part of the process. You’ll get to know each client’s requirements, become an expert in our system, and apply your knowledge to provide guidance on functionality, best practices, and how to achieve what they need in NuORDER. You’ll help solve issues, whether it’s a quick fix for today or a long term preventative solution.

If you love data, logic problems, learning new technologies, and helping people successfully get from A to B, then this could be the position for you.

Some platforms we integrate with include Quickbooks, Netsuite, Full Circle, Stichlabs, Apparel Magic, and more - experience with any a plus. 

Specifically…

Troubleshoot integrations data issues to ensure systems are running smoothly.
Troubleshoot app issues or bugs that are raised by clients or internally.
Test issues to replicate what a client might be experiencing and how to produce.
Become a NuORDER expert and understand the ins-and-outs of our web and integrations to best serve client needs in both technical and non-technical fields.
Be a champion of world-class customer service, and have a passion for delivering a high quality customer experience.
Interact professionally with VIP customer clients.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Entry level position; 2-4 years in the workforce
BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience
Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling competing/changing priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, entrepreneurial startup environment
Solid writing and presentation skills
Understanding of SaaS, CRM, ERP, and mobile software is a plus
Experience in the fashion industry a plus
Above all else, able to think beyond the status quo with a can-do attitude and an appetite for success!
