Honey is helping millions save money on a daily basis and we're growing! We are looking for a customer focused Help Desk Technician to support our fast growing team. The IT Manager will work closely with you on all tasks related to supporting onboard new team members, and support the folks in the building already. You’ll be a central figure to the entire organization.

We’re growing fast, and shipping software just as quickly. We need somebody who’s okay with change since it’s a common theme in all of our work. Being an avid online shopper and Honey user is a huge plus :)

What You’ll Do:

  • Setup workstations for batches of new employees each week
  • Technical troubleshooting support for employees
  • Maintain accurate records of IT Assets deployed and in-stock
  • Document, review, and improve existing or new procedures and workflows
  • Respond to client support request tickets, calls, and emails
  • Train employees on system and application use
  • Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Perform systems administration in a Mac-centric ecosystem

About You:

  • Experience with installation, upgrade, and maintenance of software, hardware, and peripherals
  • Experience supporting modern Mac hardware in a business environment
  • Must be able to assemble employee workstations, lift and move boxes between offices
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized, good analytical problem solving skills, and actively working on project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize and manage your time
  • Desire to learn and grow with our company

Bonuses:

  • Some systems admin experience with G-suite
  • Experience with Mac Server Suite
  • Basic networking experience to help Identify, analyze and resolve software, hardware and network computing problems experienced by users
  • Experience with freePBX or voice conferencing system
  • Familiarity with conference room A/V systems
