Are you outgoing, self-motivated, and ready to lead a team of highly motivated Customer Success professionals? SteelHouse, one of the fastest growing online advertising companies in the country, is looking for a Group Account Director, to lead our Strategic Accounts, Customer Success Team.

The Customer Success team is a group of AdTech enthusiasts who specialize in driving outcomes for our client portfolio. The Customer Success team is seeking a highly-detail oriented leader who is accountable for leading our Strategic Accounts team, and the revenue portfolio assigned to their team assignments. The Group Account Director is also tasked with ensuring operational excellence around platform adoption, execution, which will in turn mitigate churn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a Customer Success team, while managing metrics like revenue growth, retention, expansion, and churn. Develop strategies, plans that you execute to grow the team, and the business that this group owns
  • Act as the voice of the team internally within the SteelHouse culture, and internal meetings with senior leaders within the Revenue teams
  • Partner with your teams to effectively network within accounts to drive successful execution of the customer's strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate and mentor your teams to deliver on an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively using the customer journey model to align, track and evolve the customer's business goals
  • Focus on the adoption of SteelHouse products, and enable your teams to do the same with their clients
  • Foster innovation by sharing best practices and new ways your team can leverage SH solutions to advance their digital efforts and customer outcomes
  • Identify customer risk, and work with extended SH team to create and execute on “get well” plans
  • Collaborate with Finance, AdOps and other SH cross-functional areas to ensure customer and team outcomes are being met on a daily, weekly, monthly etc. basis
  • Provide weekly forecast and outlook insights to leadership based upon customer satisfaction, pipeline opportunities, and relationship risk, etc.
  • Contribute to the ongoing initiatives to continuously improve our approach to efficiently and effectively secure our customers success

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5- 7 years of proven Team Leadership within the Ad or Mar-Tech industries
  • 5-7 years of quota bearing responsibility (new business or farmer)
  • Internet/technology savvy
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time in our Culver City office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
