Ecommerce Operations Assistant

What You’ll Do:

No position at Reformation is about the status quo, every team member is passionate about building a company rooted in excellence. Obsessed with technology and using it to create a unique interaction between our employees, customers, and the Reformation brand; the eCommerce Operations Assistant will support the operational efforts required to achieve sales goals. You are extremely organized, willing to go the extra mile and are willing to work occasional weekends/holidays.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Director, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

OPERATIONS

• Provides ongoing support to the eCommerce team and manages daily operations of Reformation website while maintaining weekly sales goals
• Partner with production and DC team to request, track and return samples for weekly retail photoshoot and editorial photoshoots, ensuring no sample discrepancies
• Assist with photoshoot operations including: Steaming, Shotlist audit, sample pulls, etc
• Assists with biweekly go lives, including monitoring Back In Stocks, Out of Stocks, Almost Gone, waitlisted styles, etc
• Manages product uploads, including writing product descriptions / bullets and chasing product features (RefScale, fabric content, product measurements, garment care, etc) 
• Assists with site merchandising, upholding merchandising presentation strategy and concept standards
• Assist with ecommerce reporting including, waitlist/wantlist, RCs, Selling Reports, Inventory/Sample reporting, go live reporting
• Monitors presentation of site, including building story and category pages, changes to navigation, uploading homepage banners
• Partners with Merchants & Buyers to maximize sales, seize merchandising opportunities
• Collect and provide weekly feedback and data on site functionality and user experience 
• Regularly track and report merchandising statistics and inventory
• Update delivery boards based on collection launches and editorial newsletters
• Assess the competitive market while remaining true to brand identity

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

• Bachelor's’ degree with 1+ year's relevant experience in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with Weblinc is a plus, but not mandatory. User functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Google Drive
• Extremely detailed oriented, takes initiative and not afraid to follow up
• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative with the ability to work with cross-functional partners
• Bring an ambitious and passionate attitude to work daily, willing to work hard and take initiative, assertive
• Understand the core values and culture of Reformation and reflect these in all efforts
