As a Director of Operations, you’ll be instrumental in our company’s success by leading operational efforts with a sharp focus on finance and human resources but with a scope that encompasses the client success and sales & marketing teams. You’ll be exposed to all facets of our high-growth business and play an integral role in decision making and execution of internal processes, including but not limited to, work-flows, software tools and vendor relationships, as well as organizational development and expansion.

You’re good at:

• Managing multiple projects + and wearing multiple start-up fedoras

• Paying close attention to the fine print & staying organized

• Communicating effectively and efficiently across teams

You’ll face challenges such as:

• Monitoring and forecasting our expenses

• Improving internal communication process and data storage across multiple tools

• Expanding our culture and physical office space to encourage more innovation, execution, and employee satisfaction

You have:

• An obsession with organization, documentation, process, cost-saving, and production

• A basic understanding of or strong willingness to learn project management tools

• 3-5 years experience in an operations role

• A passion for CRMs and automation software

Bonus points for:

• Experience working for a Tech/SaaS company

• Experience or knowledge in real estate

• Experience hiring and managing direct reports
