Director, Client Success
Our Client Success team members are passionate about solving customer challenges and have extensive knowledge of tech, data, TV & digital video space. They have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building client relationships for a high growth ad tech organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor ongoing campaign performance, for managed service video platform campaigns ensuring campaigns are executed properly and according to client expectations.
- Foster relationships with both agencies, clients, and vendors through continued learning of VideoAmp's product offerings and key differentiators
- Assist with the on-boarding and training of new hires
- Understand various levels of KPIs and formulate strategies to meet/exceed both client and team goals
- Experience empowering teams and clients to solve problems and grow customer base
- Create a strong vision of client service and establish best practices to drive value for our clients
- Provide thought leadership and escalation to promote growth initiatives
- Drive and measure performance metrics of this account such as volume trends, upsells, at-risk activities, pipeline management, and the health of the relationship.
- Problem solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate client’s needs based on data-driven insights.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams across matrixed organizations.
Required Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6+ years previous work in relevant client service or client success roles
- 5+ years management experience
- Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in a programmatic media buying technology/platform a plus
- Video / TV specific background preferred
- Bring a growth oriented attitude to the role
- Ability to think critically about both client needs and internal solutions
- Strong work ethic and autonomous initiative; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Passionate and love what you are doing!
- Leadership experience within hyper-growth environments; demonstrated ability to make rapid decisions and problem-solve in a hyper-growth, SaaS environment
- Experience using Salesforce and/or other key account management platforms (ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, JIRA, etc.).
