Dealer Concierge - PCGS
We’re looking for a PCGS Dealer Concierge to handle dealer appointments to drop off and pick up orders, maintain records, communicate company policies, provide customer service to our dealers, and resolve problems with tact and professionalism.
You’ll report to the PCGS Customer Service Manager and work from our Santa Ana office. This is an on-site full-time position based at our headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist dealers with picking up and dropping off orders.
- Create manifests for all orders being picked up.
- Work independently on various special projects.
- Work with PCGS Customer Service and internal operations staff to resolve dealer issues and/or concerns.

- Industry knowledge: You are familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the coin and currency collectibles sector.
- Company policies: You can understand and relay company policies and procedures to our dealers.
- Excellent communication skills: You speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations, you listen and get clarification, you respond well to questions, you are capable of presenting information to groups, and you participate in meetings.
- Good interpersonal skills: You focus on solving conflict and not blaming other people, you maintain confidentiality, you listen to others without interrupting and keep emotions under control in tense interactions, you remain open to others’ ideas, and you’re willing to try new things.
- Strong customer service skills: You can manage difficult or emotional customer situations, who responds promptly to customer needs, who solicits customer feedback to improve service, and who responds to requests for service and assistance.
- You are dependable: You follow instructions, respond to management direction, take responsibility for your actions, keep commitments, commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals, and you complete tasks on time or notify your manager with an alternate plan to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience
- 5+ years of customer service or administrative assistant experience.
- 1.5 years of college level education (preferred) or a high school diploma/general education degree (GED)
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Additionally, employee must occasionally lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
