Customer Success Representative
We are seeking a few Customer Success Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by solving technical problems and answering product and industry questions.
When the support phone rings, the person on the other end is having a bad day because what we sold them isn't working properly. You should have a thick skin and a calm and helpful disposition.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Collect necessary information from the customer about their problem
Master our information resources in order to guide customers through them
Escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
An aptitude for acquiring technical skills and product knowledge specific to our business
Excellent prioritization skills and an ability to make decisions quickly
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
