We are looking for a Customer Success Representative who understands the value of nurturing customer relationships. You will ultimately be responsible for engaging with dentists and staff post-sale, driving best practices adoption, and ensuring satisfaction and high retention.

Overview:

In this full-time role you will work with new and existing dentist customers to ensure they are supremely successful with and delighted with our suite of products. It is your responsibility to effectively onboard new clients onto our services, promote best practices in the early stages and ongoing, and build high customer satisfaction. You will work with your accounts proactively to drive adoption of best practices, as well as act as the voice of your customers internally at Futuredontics. Creative, energetic and self-driven, you understand our customers and their use cases and know how to be a trusted partner so their practices grow and they stay with the service. You will manage numerous customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle. You must also understand our products in depth and communicate their benefits and proper usage to all stakeholders in a dental practice. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all post-sales activity for our customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about important features/functionality in order to maximize their success
  • Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management and adoption.
  • Teach and encourage salesmanship in the dental office: best practice for managing marketing leads and converting them into patients for life.
  • Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items, and perform regular health checks and production reviews.
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities
  • Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve our dental customers

Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree preferred
  • 3-5 years prior account management experience
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Zendesk or other Software-as-a-Service is a plus
  • Self-motivated team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • A real go-getter who takes the initiative to get things done
