Silversheet is looking for a Customer Operations Manager to work with our internal professional services team and high value customers around the nation. The position will report directly to our VP of Customer Experience and will manage a team of internal and external service professionals to manage the credentialing, re-credentialing, and ongoing maintenance of physicians and allied health professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Credential Coordinators, Verification Specialists, and Provider Relations specialists split between our office in LA and an external team in Manila
  • Set and manage against KPIs for quality, speed, and overall turn-around time
  • Set budgets and manage to gross margin targets
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor an on-shore and external team
  • Analyze tools, systems, and processes, constantly optimizing and seeking to 10x our efficiency
  • Gather product feedback from customers and internal credentialing team, and interface with product manager to improve our product and internal tools
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to retain customers

The Ideal candidate will have/be:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing service teams, owning a budget, and optimizing processes against KPIs
  • Experience with credentialing is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience with healthcare is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated  project and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced setting
  • Excellent client management skills, professionalism and demonstrated self starter
  • Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, SQL and other data management platforms
  • Maintains customer and provider confidentiality
