We formed Yumi to give kids a healthy start, with nutrition and content for the first 1000 days of life. We’re looking for a Customer Experience specialist to help our families navigate the challenges of introducing solid foods. It’s no secret that CX is vital to the success of any subscription service, but at Yumi, the importance is magnified.
Talking to people comes naturally to you. You’re both eager and gratified by solving other people’s problems. You’re part detective part coach. You geek out about nutrition and jump at the opportunity to work with new parents.
What you’ll do
Act as the voice of Yumi on the front lines, delivering joyful experiences and developing lasting relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, live chats and text messages
Develop strategies and best practices for talking to new parents about our program.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of early childhood nutrition as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the industry.
