FabFitFun, one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S., is seeking a rockstar people-person to join our Customer Service team for our Style department here in the heart of Los Angeles. This is an entry-level, full-time position with exceptional room for growth!

What You'll Do:

• Support the daily operational functions of the Style team

• Work with Merchandising Assistant in handling outbound shipping requests.

• Create and update information in the company’s Customer Style Portal

• Record/scan product data in inventory log

• Prepare in-box collateral for style boxes-Monthly editor’s letter, personalized notes, GWPs

• Prep and assist in weekly inventory photo shoots

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Engage customers to help build style profiles

• Manage and organize new inventory and returned inventory in stockroom, content studio and styling space

• Record returned merchandise in inventory tracking database

• Assist in maintaining and running weekly/daily sales and inventory reports as well as recap data on a weekly basis

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

What You'll Bring:

• 1-3 years working experience in a Fashion/Retail environment

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Google Suite

• Must have an AA, BA or BS degree

• Exceptional Problem Solver

• Self starter

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong Analytical skills

• Must demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
