Customer Care Representative – Social Media

MyLife is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care Team.  Our ideal candidate is an energetic and creative problem solver who shares our passion for helping others. 

Responsibilities:      

• Engage with customers through social media channels.
• Provide swift and thorough solutions for customers any time their experience with our service doesn’t go as planned.
• Record and relay customer feedback and insights to internal teams to constantly improve the customer experience.

Experience:

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
• Proven experience in a customer service environment
• Demonstrable social networking experience
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English.
