* Salary wage for Tier 1 agent is $17.00hr.
* Must be willing to work any shift Monday-Sunday 9am-9pm EST.
* Must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri

They are an ambassador for our members, providing world class service as they help place orders, answer questions, manage returns and find resolution for any issues.
- Starting pay (Tier 1)---$17.00hr
- 1 year Call Center Experience is a MUST
What you’ll accomplish:
Your primary focus in this role will be interacting with current or prospective members with professionalism and positivity. Primarily you will be trained to resolve voice and email interactions focused on member questions, returns or complaints. As an important part of the most fun online shopping experience, you will provide accurate and complete information to our members. Once you master the first level of skills you will have the opportunity to increase your knowledge, handling more complex situations and working in alternate channels such as chat or social media.
The Right Fit:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Contact/Call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
