What we are looking for

The Concierge Experience Manager is AvantStay’s brand ambassador and primary salesperson for concierge services in the market. The Concierge Experience Manager works in tandem with the Area Field Managers to provide a seamless stay. The Concierge Experience Manager’s primary goal is to enhance the guest experience through the sale and coordination of concierge services from grocery delivery, to private chef, to in-home massage, to hot air balloon rides. The Concierge Experience Manager will work to source vendors, negotiate service agreements, and own the entire process from offer to execution. The Concierge Experience Manager is passionate about problem solving, creating and maintaining client and vendor relationships, and providing a high quality of customer service. This position will require excellent communication and leadership skills, polished appearance and upbeat positive demeanor along with a strong attention to detail. You love to sell and you are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. You're a facilitator, a hands on problem-solver, and you’re there to ensure that your guests have the best possible stay.


Remote role, with strong preference to reside in or near one of the following markets:

Sonoma

Coachella Valley

Nashville

Breckenridge/Vail

Charleston

Bend

What you'll do...

  • Sell concierge services to guests with a focus on revenue goals
  • Create activities and experiences that enhance the guest stay
  • Source positive revenue producing vendor relationships that add value to the guest experience
  • Create proposals & itineraries to bring our offer to life for the guests
  • Manage the pre & post-stay guest experience
  • Interact with guests in person, via phone, sms, and email to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Listen actively and provide creative and anticipatory moments to enhance the guest experience
  • Create process and track usage of each vendor partnership
  • Monitor KPI’s to ensure we meet and exceed goals
  • Prepare and conduct meetings as necessary
  • Meet and greet guests in market and provide property tours
  • Own the entire guest experience

What you'll bring...

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Success/Sales/Operations/Hospitality Management at or above a team lead level (required)
  • 2+ years in a Concierge/Guest Relations guest-facing role (required)
  • 1+ years managerial experience in property management or real estate (preferred)
  • Strong sales skills
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with the empowerment to make decisions that enhance the guest experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, assimilate, communicate, and apply all regulatory requirements
  • Positive attitude, polished appearance, professional demeanor, and great passion for the home sharing economy
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Comfort multi-tasking across platforms and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Access to a car, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Legal right to work in the United States
