Job Description

We are hiring a Part-Time Collections Representative to help transform the digital lending space. We believe that lending and borrowing money should be easy, fulfilling, and fun. You’ll work closely with our team to develop thoughtful experiences to facilitate financial transactions between peers. We’re a scrappy group, driven by the desire to change peer to peer lending through user-focused design. At our company’s stage, the impact you can have is huge.

What we’re looking for

Comfortable speaking with customers by phone in a high volume outbound capacity 
Highly organized and able to monitor accounts in collections, resolve customer disputes with outstanding payment balances and document all customer interactions 
Accountable for minimizing the number of accounts sent to a 3rd party collections agency 
Complete Borrower payments and Lender refunds using API & payment system 
A flexible team player who can perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Customer Success Team

Requirements

0-1 years high call volume experience 
Previous experience in collections is preferred 
Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented, fast learner & comfortable working with various systems 
Commitment to excellent customer service 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities 
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
