Salary Range: 50,000 annual base salary with 15-25k project bonus

As a Client Retention Manager, you will be tasked with reengaging clients who have paused or canceled their subscriptions. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing on a successful client retention process, taking over management of at-risk clients, maintaining our client retention pipeline, and prioritizing efforts on high reward opportunities. We offer a generous comp package that directly bonuses those who exceed retention goals. You’re good at:
-Building rapport with high-end targets and clients
-Expertly navigating upset or unhappy clients and steering them to success
-Self-starting and maintaining a healthy pipeline
-Paying close attention to details and staying organized-Setting expectations, ensuring a client is set up for a first-class experience
You have:
-3+ years experience in retention or client-facing roles
-An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
-Sold software and/or online services (web development, online marketing a bonus)
-Knowledge and familiarity reengaging and winning back clients
