Client Response Representative

We are looking for someone who will join the sales team and act as the first point of contact with potential clients and provide a truly amazing experience as the Client Response Representative. This team member would handle incoming sales calls, emails, and contact forms received using Scorpion’s Customer Relationship Management solution and corresponding shared databases. During these interactions, the CRR will ask questions of prospects to understand what their needs are and then determine if Scorpion can help them reach their goals. The CRR will work with our sales team to schedule meetings and appointments with prospects for more in-depth conversations. This is not a quota carrying position but is a very important sales team support role and it is critical to our success.

Pay: Hourly + Bonuses
Experience:
2+ years of experience serving customers (via phone or face to face) in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: Level-headed, Patient, Friendly, Hard-working, Problem solver, Kind and Flexible.
Skills:
- Experienced working with the MS Office Suite
- Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system
- Enjoys forming relationships and speaking on the phone
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Reliability is key; must be available M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
