Key Responsibilities

• Create a trusted relationship with clients through proactive communication with custom support while understanding their needs
• Work closely with the Client Operations Manager and Sales team to help manage a seamless onboarding process for new clients
• Develop and implement client-required reporting
• Manage response to any issues that are escalated beyond the Community Support team
• Assist in the collections and A/R process for clients
• Manage client insurance renewals and initial requests
• Create and implement processes to identify when clients are in trouble and shift internal resources to provide solutions, utilizing current reporting solutions and leading the creation of new ones as appropriate 
• Own relationships with top clients
• Have a deep understanding of HopSkipDrive’s products and abilities in order to identify and implement new business opportunities with top clients
• Work cross-departmentally in a high-speed environment 
• Work on special projects as decided by the Client Operations Manager

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years experience in a related role
• Creative and strategic thinker who has a proven ability to see the big picture and understands where details and data inform that picture 
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills; the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple players and engender a high degree of collaboration with those who do not report to you
• Effective communication skills both internally and externally
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A positive, self-motivated individual
• Experience with SalesForce, Kustomer or similar CRM preferred
