Job Description
The Billing Manager will be a key team member of the Finance group that supports our Post Production (aka StudioPost) area of Studio Operations. Primary responsibilities will center on overseeing the day-to-day billing activities and procedures of StudioPost.

Job Description
The Billing Manager will be a key team member of the Finance group that supports our Post Production (aka StudioPost) area of Studio Operations. Primary responsibilities will center on overseeing the day-to-day billing activities and procedures of StudioPost.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff composed of a Billing Clerk and Payroll Clerk
- Serve as department billing lead managing all aspects of Studio Operations Sphere billing system
- Manage automated billing exports from two departmental subsystems to studio billing system
- Respond to customer inquiries working closely with schedulers to resolve billing issues (SAP charge number, PO, invoice discrepancy) in a timely manner
- Manage month end close billing process notifying Schedulers and Billing Clerks of billing and accrual deadlines
- Approve invoice credits
- Update and maintain services and rates in ScheduALL Sound subsystem
- Respond to audit requests - pull documentation
- Support timekeeping and activities impacting Sphere deals
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years billing experience
- B.S. degree in accounting or finance a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite applications

- Ability to interact with a variety level of personalities and various levels of management
- Able to perform in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative leader with team-oriented approach to managing
- Entertainment or post production experience a plus
- Knowledge of applications and systems a plus: SAP, ScheduALL, Sphere, Timekeeper
