We are currently looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives who are genuinely excited to help customers. This role will ensure excellent service standards, will respond efficiently to customer inquiries and will maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient and passionately communicative, has strong problem-solving skills, and is confident at troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Responsible for answering large amounts of inbound calls and returning customer calls

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Update account information and maintain customer records

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools

Offer best customer service with quick and effective resolutions

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

WHAT YOU HAVE:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

High School Diploma (Complete)18+ years old

80% English (Verbal and Written)

Schedule Flexibility

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Basic Computer Knowledge
