As the Bank Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for leading and building out an enhanced support framework which promotes continuous and integrated assessment of our bank activities. Additionally, you will ensure a top down risk analysis including real time issue detection, root cause analysis and remediation. This role will be a crucial part of improving our banking experience by partnering with our success teams to reduce top pain points and increase member usability. 

What you'll do

  • Establish control governance and reporting that will provide meaningful metrics to inform leadership and relevant stakeholders on the health of bank operations
  • Be ready to respond and triage any urgent issues related to daily bank operations and coordinate solutions with our internal teams
  • Deliver banking insights to our support, fraud and ops teams focused on member adoption
  • Proactively monitor current services and environments to ensure optimal performance for users whilst ensuring no network impacts
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with all levels of management internally and externally to build mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Design and develop operating policies and procedures in alignment with product growth and/or enhancements
  • Oversight of Regulatory Complaint reporting and trend analysis to meet our Bank requirements
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt as necessary in an innovative, deadline driven and dynamic environment
  • Oversight of bank financial settlement and reconciliation activity including account opening, ACH, remote deposits and back office exception processing (i.e. liens, levies, bankruptcies, etc)

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in banking operations or support management or account management position
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred, but not required 
  • Experience translating strategy into tactical planning and drive execution
  • Structured and analytical thinker with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans
  • Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem solving experienceStrong organization, prioritization, and project management skills
  • Ability to develop, review and negotiate complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures including financial and tiered pricing structures
