Associate, Marketplace Operations

We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, detail-oriented individual to work full-time in our West Los Angeles office and join our Marketplace Operations team. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, meticulous, personable, and be able to both take direction and be pro-active.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer operational processes for departmental and company objectives related to commercial real estate investment opportunities offered through the technology platform.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with colleagues from various departments on all operational processes for efficient operation of the company.
  • Administer all operating data for the investment platform and monitor for data quality.
  • Provide assistance to the internal investment sales team while developing and maintain effective relationships with investors.
  • Coordinate with the commercial real estate team to maintain efficient deal flow on the investment platform.
  • Work closely with compliance department to confirm process and operations with regulatory requirements and best business practices.
  • Design strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.sales team and work to improve investor relations.
  • Coordinate with various departments and execute strategies for all business operations projects.
  • Collaborate with all internal and external teams and troubleshoot operations for all client issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Generate reports summarizing activity on investment platform and ensure accuracy of same.
  • Manage and respond to ad hoc requests from management.
  • Assist in the automation and improvement of existing investor platform processes.

Who You Are:

  • Possess 2-5 years of operational experience including customer relationships, management of operating data systems and administration of process
  • Must be able to plan, coordinate, and manage projects
  • Excellent ability to create regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and highly reliable
  • Must feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay organized with a wide variety of tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and execute effectively 
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Word
  • Perfect grammar
