Job Summary
Enterprise Information Services is responsible for Aerospace’s classified and unclassified enterprise IT environment. IT Management Services (ITMS) is a key, business facing division within Enterprise Information Services (EIS) responsible for servicing and providing value added enhancements to our business partners and internal Aerospace customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
· You will recommend effective processes and procedures that allow for the effective tracking, reporting, and usage analysis of all assets throughout their life cycle.
· You will analyze supplier records, service-level agreements, software license information and current assets to develop enterprise-wide IT purchasing standards and procedures
· You will proactively develop and implements appropriate processes to address audit and compliance requirements
· You will monitor vendors compliance with contractual obligations and develops appropriate performance metrics based on corporate priorities
· You will develop, documents and updates processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices
· You will work on asset management projects as required
· You will maintain relationships with vendor contacts to enhance corporate capability and knowledge
· You will display leadership competencies related to ‘Accountability’ as part of Aerospace strategic imperatives.
What You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in applicable STEM areas or other discipline
· Typically, six or more years of experience in asset and or vendor management
· This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance

· Working knowledge of asset management platforms such as Flexera
· Working knowledge of ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
· Working in a distributed team environment
· Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations.
