As a member of our Agent Operations team based out of Beverly Hills, you will learn the intricacies of the business operations of agent teams that are coming on board and work with leaders across each department to ensure that we are equipped to serve the requirements of the new team. You have the unique opportunity to improve our existing process as we expand to new markets. The team is an integral part of the Agent Management, Operations, and Human Capital efforts at Compass.

At Compass You Will:

  • Prepare and process new agent transfer paperwork and new agent orientation materials, and create, manage and maintain agent files using Google Drive
  • Serve as concierge to effectively coordinate with other departments regarding their involvement in the transition process for new agents
  • Take and retrieve messages for various personnel
  • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Maintain and route publications
  • Coordinate the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on needs of the office
  • Take and retrieve messages for the sales managers you directly support
  • Coordinate the schedules of each of the sales managers you support and schedule relevant meetings and travel arrangements
  • Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on needs of the office

What We're Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Customer Service and/or Hospitality experience preferred
  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized; Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Continuous desire to improve existing processes
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and problem-solve with minimal supervision
