Connexity is seeking a collaborative, driven, and creative Account Specialist to grow revenue from existing accounts. Work with a portfolio of small to mid-size online retailers to identify opportunities to expand and strengthen our partnerships alongside a team of marketing enthusiasts. Our Account Specialist must have:
- Experience in customer support or account management
- 1+ years of client management experience in digital advertising
- Understanding of performance-based digital ad models (CPC, CPA, CPM)
- Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude with great attention to detail
- A commitment to superior customer service
- Clear, concise and professional phone manner
- Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions
- Good time management, organization and multitasking skills
- Able to quickly adapt to new processes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- BA/BS Degree
Expectations:
- Respond to all incoming calls and emails in a patient and professional manner
- Follow up with other departments when needed
- Educate clients on our system and account optimization techniques
- Upsell new products and services
