Connexity is seeking a collaborative, driven, and creative Account Specialist to grow revenue from existing accounts. Work with a portfolio of small to mid-size online retailers to identify opportunities to expand and strengthen our partnerships alongside a team of marketing enthusiasts. Our Account Specialist must have:

  • Experience in customer support or account management
  • 1+ years of  client management experience in digital advertising
  • Understanding of performance-based digital ad models (CPC, CPA, CPM)
  • Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude with great attention to detail
  • A commitment to superior customer service
  • Clear, concise and professional phone manner
  • Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions
  • Good time management, organization and multitasking skills
  • Able to quickly adapt to new processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • BA/BS Degree

Expectations:

  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails in a patient and professional manner
  • Follow up with other departments when needed
  • Educate clients on our system and account optimization techniques
  • Upsell new products and services
