Job description
AppOnboard is hiring an Account Manager to join our Commercial team (this is a hybrid role, which will uniquely provide exposure and experience in the Demand and Supply sides of our business). This person will be an integral piece to continue our fast-paced growth. The ideal candidate is someone who brings experience in mobile advertising and is comfortable with performance-based KPIs (CPI, CPM, CTR, ROI, etc.). The ideal candidate is also driven, detail-oriented, and excited about working in the mobile games industry. We’re an early-stage, high-growth startup, and we’re looking for an awesome candidate who’s passionate about coming to help build a company.
AppOnboard is a next-gen platform that powers Full-Fidelity Demos, which allow users to instantly experience an app or game in the highest quality possible before downloading it. AppOnboard enables app and game testing, driving insights to product teams and optimizing app launches and onboarding. The company was founded in late 2016 by Jonathan Zweig, the founding CEO of AdColony (which sold to Opera Software for $350 million).

Job Details
Day-to-day account management for top advertisers and publishers in coordination with both Commercial teams (Demand/Supply) to help drive revenue growth and scale
Provide exceptional, proactive support to meet client performance demands and a best-in-class customer experience
Manage revenue delivery, budget spend, and campaign reporting for advertising campaigns
Manage publisher relationships, including fulfilling day-to-day requests, setting up/managing ad zones, and delivering revenue reporting
Work in tandem with internal teams such as Creative, AdOps, and BI to fully execute and deliver KPIs
Develop, suggest, and execute on optimization recommendations
Implement new methods of operational efficiency to help grow and scale the AM team for long-term success
Requirements
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of work related experience in a sales/sales support role
Background in mobile advertising highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of mobile-based KPIs, specifically in a user acquisition and/or publishing focus
Familiarity with third-party tracking platforms (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer, TUNE, Kochava, Singular, etc.)
Rounded understanding of the digital and mobile ecosystem and/or mobile games
Ability to manage many different projects at once, while coordinating cross-team execution at-scale
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with comfortability in working client-direct
Experience working directly with partners, including but not limited to: emails, calls, presentations, and attending industry conferences & networking events, as needed
Experienced in Excel, and able to make sense of large data-sets to make performance-driven optimization efforts
