Account Management Assistant
FabFitFun is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Account Management Assistant to join our company in West Hollywood. You will be an integral part of our rapidly growing team where you will have the opportunity to thrive within our Merchandising department. This self-starter will be a champion of world-class vendor service and deliver quality experience at every contact point for our brands and vendors.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Account Managers to support vendor relationships to ensure account growth, satisfaction, and retention
- Perform administrative tasks, as needed across the Merchandising team
- Create invoices and POs for brand partners and sponsors
- Execute e-commerce related tasks, such as uploading sale products onto our site
- Utilize Salesforce to input key campaign updates and manage products through our system
- Create invoices and POs for brand partners and sponsors
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance & Legal teams to meet goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 1+ years Account Management experience (e-commerce or fashion-related industries a plus)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications or Marketing
- Confident, resourceful, decisive, and willing to take initiative
- Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, environment
- A stellar problem solver and enjoy providing a high level of service
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation capabilities
