The Managing Account Director, Customer Success will manage a team of 3-4 Customer Success Managers who specialize in the exciting world of digital advertising. We are seeking an energetic, motivated team leader with 4-7 years of experience coaching a team within AdTech who has the ability to guide conversations with customers on a daily basis and collaborate in a fast paced, high volume environment.

You will:

  • Train, guide, and manage a team of 3-4 Customer Success Managers
  • Work as a technical and strategic resource on your team's assigned accounts as well as drive the performance and KPI goals set by the advertiser
  • Acclimate advertisers to SteelHouse products and set expectations for performance and attribution percentages
  • Develop benchmarks and monitor reports to measure how online marketing campaigns are performing and suggest how to optimize campaigns or adjust budget toward specific goals on weekly calls with advertisers
  • Identify areas of expansion to drive revenue and further account growth through up-selling
  • Attend quarterly onsite visits by presenting recent performance, identifying new opportunities, and collaboratively developing additional strategies with client
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis (market size, benchmarks, trends, opportunities, customer needs and expectations)
  • Support the sales team in explaining the company vision, platform, and SteelHouse capabilities to prospects

You have:

  • 4-5 years of experience guiding a team of Account Managers or Customer Success Managers within AdTech
  • 6-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, display advertising, online marketing, or social marketing
  • Understanding of software including Omniture, Coremetrics, and Google Analytics
  • Advanced Excel, presentation and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data in-depth, uncover actionable insight and effectively communicate to the broader organization
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical or marketing field preferred
