Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the P&L performance of the Belgium Business Unit (Sales, Revenue, Margin, Cash Flow).
- Define and implement strategic growth plans for the service portfolio.
- Drive service growth, and profitability across the country.
- Ensure financial discipline through forecasting, cost control, and margin management.
- Oversee project portfolio performance and ensure financial targets are achieved.
Operational Leadership
- Lead multiple operational teams including Project Management, Field Service, and Service Operations Managers.
- Ensure consistent project delivery excellence across the organization.
- Drive operational efficiency, resource planning, and utilization.
- Implement standardized project execution methodologies and governance.
- Ensure successful delivery of small, medium, and large-scale service projects.
Strategic Alignment & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams.
- Support the development of complex service proposals and strategic deals.
- Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and execution capabilities.
- Support regional coordination with other business units and global teams.
Customer & Market Leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term service agreements.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and manage critical contract negotiations.
- Support market expansion and new service offerings.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure full adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a zero-incident safety culture across all operational activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, reliability, and operational processes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in energy infrastructure, power transmission, or industrial services.
- Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams and project portfolios.
- Financial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
- Experience in large infrastructure projects and service operations.
- Fluent in English, Dutch/French is a plus.
