As a member of the Operations Support & Strategy team, the Operations Support & Strategy Coordinator is responsible for project support, communication, and other administrative duties as needed. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with all members of the Operations Support & Strategy team, organizing project schedules, training timelines, and serving as a liaison between various departments. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, participant-centric environment. The Operations Support & Strategy Coordinator collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture, and mission.

On the day-to-day, you will:

  • Support multiple projects simultaneously by preparing project plans, tracking resource allocation, monitoring task progress, and ensuring timely completion. Maintain clear communication on the project status throughout the project life cycle.
  • Exercises flexibility in performing assignments as business needs evolve.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality of all company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
  • Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff training, and meetings.
  • Strong connection to value of shared intention through teamwork and collaboration. Communicate regularly with Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
  • Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends and overtime.

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of two years experience working in a project-based environment.
  • Proven work experience as administrative support and/or project coordination for a complex function.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and SharePoint, required
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, strongly preferred

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
