Operations Program Manager

eClinical Solutions helps life sciences organizations around the world accelerate clinical development initiatives with expert data services and the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud – the foundation of digital trials. Together, the elluminate platform and digital data services give clients self-service access to all their data from one centralized location plus advanced analytics that help them make smarter, faster business decisions.

You will make an impact:

The Operations Program Manager will lead execution discipline for world-class Customer Success programs and the CRO Partnership Model. This role ensures consistent project management practices, cross-functional alignment, and timely delivery of initiatives critical to our customer excellence strategy.

Your day to day:

• Implement a standardized project/program management framework (tools, templates, governance model)
• Drive execution of the World-Class Customer Success and CRO Partnership Model initiatives, ensuring alignment with recommendations and delivery milestones
• Track dependencies, risks, and interlocks across customer excellence programs
• Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials
• Coordinate across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth handoffs and accountability
• Support capability-building by coaching teams on project management best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 7+ years in project/program management, preferably in consulting or customer-facing initiatives
• PMI/or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in life sciences, CRO, or SaaS environments preferred
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
