Job Description:
We’re seeking an Operations Manager to drive the operational success of the Firm by partnering closely with the Managing Principal. This strategic leader will oversee daily office operations, manage the Firm’s budget, and lead staff development. They will play a key role in executing the annual business plan, supporting advisor growth, and fostering a strong, collaborative culture. Additionally, this role will own the Firm’s communications strategy, ensuring messaging is impactful and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement across recruiting, engagement, and practice development.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives that drive firm growth and culture, including communications, events, annual business planning, and practice development.
 - Oversee onboarding, training, and development of Financial Professionals and office staff, ensuring alignment with firm policies, technology systems, and product knowledge.
 - Manage operational functions including Life and Securities new business processing, Contract/Licensing & Registration (CL&R), and compliance with industry regulations.
 - Supervise and coach staff across CL&R, onboarding, new business, and training functions; conduct performance reviews and support ongoing development.
 - Partner with the Managing Principal to manage the firm’s budget, monitor expenses, and maintain financial records in QuickBooks.
 - Support recruiting efforts by providing information and coordination throughout the hiring process.
 - Collaborate with HR on employee relations, benefits, staffing, and personnel changes; maintain accurate employee and advisor records.
 - Promote digital fluency and lead adoption of collaboration tools and AI-powered technologies to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement.
 - Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategies and best practices, proactively resolving challenges and building consensus across the firm.
 
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrate leadership in driving collaboration, courageous conversations and commitment across teams.
 - Proven ability to influence without authority and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
 - Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, performance metrics, and identifying strategic priorities.
 - Skilled in coaching and developing staff, delivering feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture.
 - Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on results and consistency.
 - Tech-savvy and adaptable with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools.
 - Customer-focus mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to details.
 - Comfortable working virtually and traveling as needed (up to 10%).
 
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
 - Master's Degree preferred
 - 5- 10 years strong financial services industry acumen and proven ability to lead people Required
 
Licenses
- LOMA certification preferred
 
Base Salary Range - $105,000 - $120,000
