Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for complex technical scheduling, service coordination, and rapid client updates, keeping water features across the globe performing flawlessly
- Own global field team logistics—handle flight and hotel bookings, critical-path itineraries, and all essentials to enable hands-on technical service
- Track, review, and reconcile invoices, deposits, and project billing; keep technical contracts current and accessible in collaboration with legal and finance
- Draft, review, and distribute field and project reports, always ensuring professionalism and technical clarity
- Capture actionable meeting notes and lead follow-up, driving accountability across internal and client calls
- Partner with leadership to analyze performance, support timecard administration, and implement process improvements that directly impact operational success
- Constantly seek efficiencies across ops, logistics, and client experience, promoting a smooth, proactive workflow for the entire Legacy / WET Care division
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a technical operations, production, or project coordination role—experience in manufacturing, technical services, field engineering, or event logistics is highly valued
- Demonstrated autonomy, with a strong ability to anticipate roadblocks and resolve issues hands-on
- Excellent communicator, confident with both technical teams and clients, keeping projects transparent, simple, and on track
- Experienced juggling travel, budgets, and resource planning for concurrent technical projects
- Tech-savvy: adept with QuickBooks, Smartsheet, and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience optimizing systems a plus
