We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily office functions and ensure smooth operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with project coordination.

Pay: $22–$25/hour + benefits
What You’ll Do
- Support daily office operations including filing systems, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate internal projects by tracking deadlines and preparing reports
- Assist with event planning for meetings, workshops, and company initiatives
- Manage incoming calls and direct communication across multi-line phone systems
- Process work orders and maintain facility-related records
- Order and manage office supply inventory
- Act as the first point of contact for facility and office-related needs
- Coordinate security access for employees and visitors
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent typing, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and administrative workflows
