The Operations Assistant will manage administrative tasks, assist with technical device setup, ensure inventory management, and facilitate communication between instructors and internal teams.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support daily administrative operations, inventory management, and program logistics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between instructors, internal teams, and client sites.
Core Responsibilities Administrative SupportMaintains attendance tracking.
Support and follow up with timesheet corrections for any discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.Support other departments as needed.Technical SupportSetup devices such as Chromebooks and iPads from scratch and to company spec. Work through potential setup issues, investigate software bugs or light hardware deficiencies and resolve or catalog appropriately.Learn common issues, and be able to remotely assist staff with troubleshooting.InventoryEnsure the timely delivery of materials to instructors and handle any related inquiries or issues.Pack and ship all materials for client programs, including curriculum kits and any additional resources, ensuring timely delivery of all materials to clients and instructors.Maintains up-to-date records of physical inventory.Creates and ships instructor badgesOccasional travel to storage space and return drop off locations, with mileage reimbursementCommunicationOversee and manage communication in the Instructor Slack channel, ensuring timely responses and escalation of issues to appropriate team members.Serve as the primary point of contact for schools and districts regarding instructor call-outs, schedule changes, and other pertinent updates.Ensure all communication—whether with instructors, site staff, or internal teams—is clear, timely, and effectively coordinated.Recruiting Conducts both initial and final interviews as needed.Additional Duties as Assigned. Minimum RequirementsAble to work in office 25 hours per week, with flexibility to add more during busy times
