We currently have a career opportunity for an Operational Transformation and Change Lead Business Consultant to join our team located in United States.

 

Job Overview: 
 

An  Operational Transformation and Change Lead Business Consultant will have expertise in  business and change architecture, strategy solution development, client presales / presentation, delivery management, team management and thought leadership skills.

You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality operational and change solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, operational systems analysis, operating model architecture, change and adoption design and supporting documentation. You will challenge your leading-edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.

Responsibilities
  • Interfaces and communicates with all levels of Perficient project resources and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the accountable solution and delivery lead for operational, strategy, and change engagements.
  • Develop an understanding of overall client strategy and how your role contributes to that strategy.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to support alignment and decision making with the client.
  • Develop/architect project approaches and solutions to achieve a client's desired outcome based on expertise.
  • Demonstrate understanding of client’s business, organizational, and technical environments that are a part of the project implementation.
  • Facilitate client discussions to drive clarity and resolution. (e.g., requirement sessions, design reviews, etc.)
  • Documents and understands client processes, organizational structure, measures, governance, and architectures to identify opportunities, develop initiatives, create roadmaps, and transition into ongoing support. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in delivery of strategy, operational, and change management solutions.
  • Previous strategy, business, and change consulting experience.
  • Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight.
  • Experience developing and marketing (internal and market-facing) operational and change solutions and approaches.
  • Management, business, and strategy consulting and program management experience.
  • Strong client management and executive level communications skills.
  • Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
  • Fluent and current on Operational, AI, and Change Management trends.
  • Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. 
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms and solutions is a plus. 
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to Executives.
  • Experience working work a globally distributed team.
  • Desire to mentor team members and develop their skills.
  • Experience leading internal teams.
  • Be independent, self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Flexible to travel to client or Perficient locations.

Preferred Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field.
  • Masters of Business or Engineering.
  • Change Management training and/or certifications.
  • Continuous Improvement training and/or certifications.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 to $149,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
