Position Summary
Ensures effective resource utilization by analyzing data, developing capacity plans, optimizing labor processes, and collaborating with stakeholders. Takes a lead in driving process improvements, providing insights, and acting as a change agent within the local team.
What You Will Do:
- Conducts data analysis to identify areas for improvement within company operations, ultimately contributing to the achievement of organizational goals and business objectives.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, promoting organizational growth and strategic positioning.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues and develop action plans that focus on driving organizational consistency and continuous improvement.
- Analyzes workflows, collects and interprets data, and collaborates with key stakeholders to define and coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Administers training programs to ensure staff members are knowledgeable and competent in their respective roles in order to effectively contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Provides guidance and support to interns (when applicable) to help develop the skills, professional knowledge, and capabilities of individuals.
- Conducts audits to ensure enterprise operations and standard practices adhere to regulatory requirements and leverage industry best practices.
- Develops and maintains documentation related to operational processes and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and accuracy.
- Develops and implements change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities that driver operational excellence.
Shift – 5AM-1:30PM (flexibility for start time, no later than 7AM) – one PM day to support 2nd shift 10AM-6:30PM. Flexibility to support 2nd shift up to 1:00am if needed (events, training, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Experience with problem solving and data analysis tools (Excel, MiniTab, or similar applications)
- Experience/knowledge of project management and change management
- Ability to support 2nd shift as needed
- 0-10% travel to support other sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in union environment
- MOST or MTM certification
- Lean Green Belt certified or higher
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- 1+ years experience developing and updating labor standards
- 1+ years working knowledge of 5S and Lean methodologies
- 1+ years experience with SQL and/or data modeling
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
