We are seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to join our team as Vacation Planning Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating vacation experiences by organizing travel arrangements and ensuring all trip details are handled smoothly.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, organization, and helping others plan memorable vacations. Vacation Planning Coordinators work with established booking platforms and travel suppliers to assist with reservations, itineraries, and travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and transportation

  • Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences

  • Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets

  • Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications

  • Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed

  • Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications

  • Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates

Qualifications
