Position Overview:
We are seeking organized and service-driven individuals to join our team as a Travel Reservations Assistant. This fully remote role supports clients with coordinating travel arrangements, confirming reservations, and ensuring accurate itinerary details.
No prior travel industry experience is required. A structured training program and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in this role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Support clients by answering travel-related questions and providing reservation updates
Review booking details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and payment timelines
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide follow-up assistance prior to departure and after travel completion
 
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear and professional communication abilities
Comfortable navigating online systems and reservation platforms
Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
Customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
