About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Itinerary Planning Specialist – Remote to support clients with trip planning, itinerary coordination, and reservation assistance. This role focuses on providing organized, professional support throughout the planning process while ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and organizing customized itineraries based on client preferences
Support the coordination of reservations, schedules, and travel-related details

Maintain accurate records, confirmations, and itinerary documentation
Collaborate with internal systems and tools to manage planning workflows
Provide general support to ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for clients
Qualifications:
