Who we're looking for:
Our onboarding team is the backbone of the company, ensuring that all of our thousands of customers are happy, see value in the service, and, most importantly, see a ton more revenue! We're looking for new team members who are friendly, high empathy and high energy. And if you're a foodie that's plus, since all of our customers are bars and restaurants! The perfect job for recent college grads to get into tech and begin their career.
What you'll do:
- Handle all aspects of the onboarding process for 10-15 new customers each month
- Conduct demos of the platform and answer questions
- Handle inbound emails/tickets from your customers
- Schedule photoshoots
- Work with the customer and the design team on their new websites
What we offer:
- Full time
- $25.00 an hour (hourly rate + commission)
