The Role and Responsibilities

Experienced consultants bring the know-how to make lasting changes for our clients and our company. We are not typical ‘management’ consultants. We provide industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise, which amplifies our impact and helps us shape the future for our clients. Oliver Wyman is a diverse, entrepreneurial, non-competitive partnership of individuals who like to pursue new opportunities or build a unique franchise doing what they do best in a collegial, fun environment. Our team is looking for Senior Consultants to join our offices across Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.

SENIOR CONSULTANTS frame hypothesis and initiate research to find the right answers. As a Senior Consultant, you will be shaping the problems that we work on and start developing specialized expertise that others will seek out. As a member of your project team you will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. You will conduct research to analyze data in order to get insights, assess problems and structure solutions.

As a senior consultant you will have the opportunity to work on projects across all our industries and capabilities, but also have the chance to specialize early. You will have the support of various colleagues who will guide and coach you throughout your career, including a career adviser and a talent manager.

Your Attributes and Experience

Clients hire Oliver Wyman for specialized expertise. The ideal candidate will have most of the following:

  • A degree from a top academic program

  • Proficiency in Arabic & English

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization).

  • A strong can-do attitude, willingness to take the initiative, curiosity and desire to learn

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • We do not require specific industry experience, but exposure to governmental/ public sector institutions is a plus

  • Willingness to travel
