We are a growing dental company seeking very passionate professionals who are dedicated to improving patients’ lives by managing highly motivated and effective operations teams that provide our patients with premier quality of care and a great patient experience.

If this sounds like you, we are currently searching for Managers in several of our offices!!!

Our offices are all full service dental facilities providing our patients with general and specialty dentistry. Each office is either new or has recently been remodeled featuring beautiful interior design, intra oral cameras, televisions in each operatory and other amenities to make our patients feel comfortable. In addition our locations have, or will be updated with, digital x-rays and electronic medical records.

We offer very competitive compensation programs plus a sign-on bonus*!!!

*paid at the end of 90 day probation period

Job Description

Office Manager:

The role of the Office Manager is to oversee the day to day operation of the dental office and ensure the overall success of the office by managing his/her associates and the patients. In addition, the Office Manager is to motivate and develop his/her team of associates by driving the corporate vision into the office. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Exceed patients expectations in customer service and quality of care
  • Manage a team of 10-15 associates
  • Drive revenue and manage expenses to reach office profitability goals  
  • Ensure highly productive days by managing patient scheduling  

Provide an excellent employee experience

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years dental management experience required!!
  • 3-5 years customer service or sales experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
