Field-based dental health educator and outside sales representative who attends pre-scheduled employer events to promote and sell dental services, book patient appointments, follow up with prospects, and work with HMO contractors to generate specialty referrals. Role requires local travel, delivering presentations, maintaining a professional image, and meeting sales/activity targets. Provide high-quality endodontic care including comprehensive diagnoses, root canal therapy, patient record maintenance, and collaborating with treatment coordinators to present and obtain acceptance of treatment plans while delivering excellent patient service.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain general ledger entries, reconcile bank accounts, manage bi-weekly payroll and tax deposits, prepare regulatory reports (IRS, EDD, County), budget statements, and control bookkeeping activities.

Lead corporate finance team overseeing payroll, reconciliations, GL, AP, P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and coordinate taxes with external accountants.

Perform timely bank and sales reconciliations for eight dental locations and corporate departments; enter payables into QuickBooks; process and reconcile payroll (ADP) for ~120 employees; assist the Finance Manager with periodic financial and operational reporting and statements; other duties as assigned.

Oversee daily operations of a dental office, manage a team of 10-15 associates, drive revenue and control expenses, ensure productive patient scheduling, and deliver excellent patient and employee experiences.
