What You’ll Do

  • Support hiring & recruiting: Post job openings, review applications, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and partner with leadership throughout the hiring process.

  • Coordinate onboarding: Help new team members get off to a great start by coordinating background checks, screenings, orientation, onboarding requirements, and training.

  • Be a go-to resource: Support employees with questions, policies, benefits enrollment, and other day-to-day needs.

  • Keep the office organized: Maintain employee records, process invoices, track deposits for move-ins and move-outs, and assist with workers’ compensation reporting.

  • Support the community: Partner with leadership, residents, families, and team members to help daily operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of office management, HR, recruiting, or related administrative experience preferred.

  • Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and confidence learning new systems.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • A dependable, positive approach and willingness to jump in where needed.

  • A people-first mindset and commitment to providing excellent support.
