Job Description

What you will do:

  • Responsible for office decoration
  • Responsible for all general office management including building management coordination, cleaning staff arrangements, inventory of office supplies, conference room bookings, refreshments and snacks, mail services, greeting guests, local administrative expenses, and arrangements for office maintenance and repairs
  • Provide administrative support to US staff
  • Recommend and implement maximum cost-effective solution to any situations that may arises
  • Collaborate with global colleagues towards common goals and share best practices
  • Maintain relationships with various vendors and demand high levels of service
  • Handle any ad hoc projects as assigned Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree qualified
  • Minimum of 5 years or above experience in office management and administration, preferably office start-up experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent in oral Mandarin
  • Upbeat, positive attitude with an attention to detail
  • Proactive and confident with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Strong integrity with ability to handle highly confidential situations with professionalism
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Additional Information

Eligibility to work full time in U.S.
