How you'll contribute 

The Office Coordinator will update policies and procedures to keep practices in compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsible for financial processes of the clinics.

  • Monitor a general electronic mailbox and complete and/or distribute tasks accordingly.

  • Run and distribute a variety of weekly and monthly reports to include provider on-call and availability calendars, billing reports, and documentation reports.

  • Coordinate efforts that support, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.

  • Function as first-line support for electronic health record to include basic trouble shooting, merging duplicate charts, unlocking charts, adding pharmacy and practice information to the database, etc. record.

  • Monitor a general electronic mailbox and distribute tasks accordingly.

  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.

What we're looking for 
The  Office Coordinator organizes, coordinates, and schedules meetings and appointments. Keeps office area neat and tidy and monitors and orders office supplies. Handles information requests, including reviewing files and records, answering inquiries, and responding to incoming work requests. Coordinates work flow and complies records of office activities. Controls basic accounting functions such as checking invoices, making deposits, and managing petty cash. Also, assist with orientation and training of personnel.

Experience:

  •  2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting

  •  Medical Terminology preferred.  


Education:
Applicants should have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required

  •  Associate degree preferred
