POSITION OVERVIEW

TransGrid Energy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to our management team and enhancing the office's daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing office supplies.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.

  • Support HR functions such as preparation of onboarding new employees.

  • Coordinate and manage office events and meetings, including logistics and catering.

  • Liaise with building management and external vendors to manage office services and maintenance.

  • Assist in financial administration tasks, including processing invoices and tracking office expenditures.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.

  • Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in office administration or a related role.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in the energy sector or a similar industry is a plus.

WORK AUTHORIZATION

The ideal candidate for this role will have authorization to work in the US prior to joining TransGrid Energy LLC. This role will not sponsor or offer assistance with the sponsorship for work authorization in the United States.
