Draft and negotiate financing, security, intercreditor, depositary, and tax equity documents; coordinate due diligence; advise on PPAs, hedges, EPC and equipment supply agreements; support project company governance, compliance, M&A, sales, and refinancing; manage outside counsel and transaction execution.

The Senior Project Engineer leads utility-scale battery and solar projects, managing design, installations, and coordination with partners while ensuring compliance and performance tracking.

Leads strategic partnerships for data center energy solutions, distributed energy resources, energy storage, demand response, virtual power plants, and grid services. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing partners, developing joint go-to-market plans, driving partner-sourced revenue, negotiating commercial agreements, maintaining executive relationships, and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and leadership. The role also establishes partner performance metrics, represents the company externally, and builds scalable partnership processes.
